This unit has only 1 driveway parking spot off street. On street parking is free (no permits required) but is first come, first serve only in the area and not guaranteed.

Getting around

Whether you are traveling without a car or simply want to get out without the hassle of driving, you will find plenty of places to go within a few blocks of Casa 415. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are plentiful in the area, as are traditional taxis. Bus stops are less than a block away, and major transit/rail stations to take you throughout San Diego and north along the coast are about 1 mile away.

Exterior security A/V monitoring and recording may be used to document violations in a continued effort to crack down on unauthorized house parties. All events/gatherings and visitors should be discussed and pre-coordinated with host. (Be honest and upfront and you should have no issues. This is not the place to host your secret gathering/event/party without prior discussion/coordination. 1) GUEST COUNT. Guest making reservation agrees NO AUTHORIZED GUESTS WITHOUT PRIOR COORDINATION. This reservation, unless modified/agreed upon in writing via messaging shall allow a TOTAL MAXIMUM number guests/visitors on the property, to include both overnight and non-overnight guests, as per booking. Any other number should be disclosed and agreed upon via messaging. Guest agrees to _$100_ PER extra/unauthorized guest/visitor on the property. 2) NOISE VIOLATIONS. Quiet Hours strictly enforced after 9pm. Guest making reservation agrees there shall be NO NOISE VIOLATIONS INVOLVING LAW ENFORCEMENT. If police respond to noise complaints and/or there is documented evidence of excessive noise, Guest agrees to $300 fine. 3) SMOKING. Guest making reservation agrees there shall be NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN THE PROPERTY OR ON CONCRETE DRIVE NEXT TO PROPERTY. Documented evidence of smoke or vape of any kind in the property (ie, cleaning services provides written or sworn statement that home has strong smell of smoke). Smoking is allowed in the outdoor mulch area with string lights. If evidence of smoking occurs, Guest agrees to _$300_ fine. 4) SUSPECTED VIOLATIONS MAY RESULT IN EVIDENCE BEING DOCUMENTED/SUBMITTED. Guest making reservation agrees that in the event of suspected or alleged violations occurring, host or others (to include neighbors, etc) may take photographs and/or video of anyone on the property for the purpose of documenting violations and agrees that photographs/video may be submitted with regard to claims to retain some/all of security deposit. This includes recordings of violations made using personal, handheld cellular phones or devices or A/V security equipment installed on exterior of home. 5) ANIMALS (if applicable). All animals shall be kept out of the carpeted bedrooms. They are allowed to be indoors if kept in the common rooms with tile flooring. Any damages to the property from guest's animals will result in guest being charged according to documented repair costs. 6) COVID. Guest agrees that guest is compliant with and responsible for local COVID related requirements/restrictions that may be applicable to guest's stay/event. All messaging and money transfers shall be conducted through AirBNB.
