4 adults can enjoy the comfort and support of sleeping on top-rated, 10in. Firm Gel Memory Foam mattresses by Lucid Comfort Collection for a fresh, clean night of sleep. In addition, the sofa in the living room lays flat to provide 1 additional full-size bed to accommodate 2 additional guests.

Traveling with a large group is more fun when everyone has a great place to sleep:

>Living Room: 1 sofa, converts into a full-size bed (linens & pillows included).

The two bedrooms share a common pass-through bathroom in between the bedrooms. This bathroom is a bit tight--perhaps European-style small might best describe the bathroom and stand-up corner shower. A second half-bathroom (sink and toilet only) is off the common area.

*AIR CONDITIONING Unit in living room (no direct air flow into the bedrooms as this is a mini-split AC unit as seen in the photos, so bedrooms will cool best with bedroom doors left open. Beware other nearby listings that indicate AC but comments indicate otherwise).

*SD2* by EliteGuest is a vacation home, not a party pad. Guest must review & acknowledge house rules/terms. We will continue to go after blatant violations & unauthorized house parties. Non-registered/counted guests and visitors must be coordinated in advance.
*Single AC unit for entire home--no direct flow air vents into bedrooms.
*No OVEN in kitchen--stovetop only and microwave.
*Property shared with 2 other detached, stand-alone EliteGuest AirBNB units (see aerial photos for details).
*This unit does not have a lot of space, and is recommended for groups for 6 or less. However, additional guests may be permitted upon your determination there is enough room.

SD2 has off-street reserved parking behind the home using the alley gates. 1 car is recommend due to tight area, though guests often park 2 cars in the drive. See photos.

Getting around

Whether you are traveling without a car or simply want to get out without the hassle of driving, you will find plenty of places to go nearby *SD2*. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are plentiful in the area, as are traditional taxis. Bus stops are less than a block away, and major transit/rail stations to take you throughout San Diego and north along the coast are about 1 mile away.

Exterior security A/V monitoring and recording may be used to document violations and submitted to AirBNB Resolution Center in a continued effort to crack down on unauthorized house parties. All events/gatherings and visitors should be discussed and pre-coordinated with host. (Be honest and upfront and you should have no issues. This is not the place to host your secret gathering/event/party without prior discussion/coordination. 1) GUEST COUNT. Guest making reservation agrees NO AUTHORIZED GUESTS WITHOUT PRIOR COORDINATION. This reservation, unless modified/agreed upon in writing via AirBNB messaging shall allow a TOTAL MAXIMUM number guests/visitors on the property, to include both overnight and non-overnight guests, as per booking. Any other number should be disclosed and agreed upon via AirBNB messaging. Guest agrees to _$100_ PER extra/unauthorized guest/visitor on the property. 2) NOISE VIOLATIONS. Quiet Hours strictly enforced after 9pm. Guest making reservation agrees there shall be NO NOISE VIOLATIONS INVOLVING LAW ENFORCEMENT. If police respond to noise complaints and/or there is documented evidence of excessive noise, Guest agrees to $300 fine. 3) SMOKING. Guest making reservation agrees there shall be NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN THE PROPERTY OR ON PORCHES/DRIVEWAYS NEXT TO PROPERTY. Documented evidence of smoke or vape of any kind in the property (ie, cleaning services provides written or sworn statement that home has strong smell of smoke). Smoking is allowed in designated smoking area outside only. If evidence of smoking occurs, Guest agrees to _$300_ fine. 4) SUSPECTED VIOLATIONS MAY RESULT IN EVIDENCE BEING DOCUMENTED/SUBMITTED TO AIRBNB. Guest making reservation agrees that in the event of suspected or alleged violations occurring, host or others (to include neighbors, etc) may take photographs and/or video of anyone on the property for the purpose of documenting violations and agrees that photographs/video may be submitted to AirBNB's Resolution Center with regard to claims to retain some/all of security deposit. This includes recordings of violations made using personal, handheld cellular phones or devices or A/V security equipment installed on exterior of home. 5) ANIMALS (if applicable). Any damages to the property from guest's animals will result in guest being charged according to documented repair costs. 6) COVID. Guest agrees that guest is compliant with and responsible for local COVID related requirements/restrictions that may be applicable to guest's stay/event. All messaging and money transfers shall be conducted through AirBNB. Any/all phone or in person communication shall be followed up with a recap/summary of conversation in AirBNB messaging for documentation purposes.
